2012 Wiffle Atlanta All-Star Voting Results!

So, you've been waiting in timid anticipation of this all year - I can tell you're very shy about wanting to be named to one of the All-Star squads, but that's okay, because everyone wants to, so you don't have to be so shy about it - and now the results are in. The votes have been tallied, the home runs counted, and the alternates named. So, here we go!

2012 Home Run Derby Participants

As you can see, a couple of the Briarcliff positions have more starters listed than the Druid Hills division does. In these cases, the last two people tied in voting for that position, and either can play. In the case of pitching, though, only three pitchers may throw for either side, so the two tied pitchers for Briarcliff must settle upon only one of them pitching. How they do that is up to them.

So! These are the 2012 WATL All-Star rosters. Cry all you want, I'm sorry you didn't make it. In any case, the events start promptly at 5:00 PM on Sunday, August 12 at Kittredge Park. At 5:00 will be a commissioner's address and award announcements, so it would be in everyone's best interest for you to show up!
